I thought that bolt in cages are pointless? Any amount of stress they would either punch a hole through the body work or seperate away from it. If its a bolt in then i would say no. If its a custom half cage weld with the headbar moved back then i also say no, for the amount you will be using it for would not be worth the cost. So i voted no.

No i agree, the supra is defo not an ugly car, Although...perhaps this person was blind or she is probably upset that her car does not look like the supra, probably friggs off to a picture of one every night. You know the whole "i cant have it so i am going to be nasty about it" sort of attitude.

I really wouldnt worry about it, loads of people dont like the supra thats why they have other cars its not eveyones cup of tea... but there are plenty of people that think its looks great. I have not had anyone come up to me and say bad things about the car, but when people do the same with regards to other things, I just laugh at them to their face, it soon shuts them up as they dont know what else to say. I laugh as its funny that they think their opinion is relevent, and if they ask i tell them that. "Why are you laughing" "I thought it was funny that you thought that your opinion was relevent" "...."

Hi All, My Wife has always wanted a Mitsubishi Evo 6, so she is thinking of selling her MR2 Turbo and getting one, I know she should be looking on the Mitsubishi forums she is, but they dont seem to be very forthcoming with help. So she wanted to ask the question to see if anyone on here either used to own or knows of any reccomended insurance companys for these cars? Rich

I think white looks good on the supra and the more modern cars, a couple of people i know have bought white cars (white BMW 335m sport with black wheels and a new white Focus RS with Blue wheels... the colour of the wheels i am not a fan of but hey). I think it looks good if its kept clean !!, which IMO is very difficult.

I have Falkan 452 on mine, seem pretty good, not great in the wet, but pretty good in the dry, a little noisy though. But a little noise does not phase me

I agree and thank you for the warning, but issues with the tyres blowing out, getting sidewall issues (which i am assuming is the issue from your other thread) is down to the manufacture not the seller, but i totally agree, his reply with "you need to get out more often" is totally out of order, at least he should of explained that perhaps the tyre is not suited for the cars application etc... well thats what i would have done.

I agree with Jamie P, however the comment from the seller "you need to get out more often" is a bit of an insult considering that you would expect at least a bit of a professional reply.

I am looking for a set of UK spec calipers front and rear pref in a condition where they need to be refurbished. So anyone have any, ones with no cracks... Traders are welcome if you have a set lying about. Please let me know how much you want for them.

Yeah thats against the law as well!! So basicly in that video everything that the moron did was against the law.. speeding, on the wrong side of the road, driving around the wrong side of the roundabout, crashing into a van and causing damage to saftey barriers, then leaving the scene of the accident and not leaving details :blink: I really hope whoever it is somehow gets caught, its these morons that put our insurance up, give us all a bad name.

Yeah i cant be bothered with meets where anyone can turn up in whatever hidious corsa or badly modded shed they have... IMO chavs ruin it all of the time, you always get some fool decide to act like a t*at and ruin the reputation of others, or try and steal things off cars... what a waste of skin these people are.
