Unless you remove the soluble limescale from the water you wash your car with, you are always going to have watermarks if you leave it to dry on its own, that is unless you have a water purifcation system (reverse osmosis system) similar to the pole system that window cleaners use. Using a chamois is the best way and does not take long, especially if you use a "wet on & wipe off wax". http://www.turtlewaxuk.com/prod.asp?Partcode=FG5197 I use this for interim washes, and it assists with removing the water from the car, I can dry the car in less then 10 mins using the meguires microfibre waffle weave chamois and the product above, the combination works really well and leaves no water marks. Full a full washing session i will use the meguires 3 stage treatment.

Yeah mate, they have been repainted including the dish, After the first winter I had the car I had some of the laqure lifted on the dish and it went milky I then had them refurbished and had the dish bare metal polished but to be honest i could not keep up with keeping the metal polished, so decided to get the whole wheel done in Platinum Silver, i feel its a good compromise.

Looking good, cant wait to see it all finished. What sort of rough time tomorrow did you want me to pick it up.

I am having some damage repaired from some idiot that hit my car and drove off http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?t=215421 I am quite happy to keep the side repeaters for now If i were to get rid of them then i would be looking to do it by replacing both wings with the facelift version rather then fill the holes where the repeaters used to be.

Have you pulled the error codes as yet? That is what i would do first at least then it could show you where to start looking, I would then pull the plugs to check them for damage (missing ceramic etc), then do a compression test to be safe. Get all that out of the way first then go from there.

I am not a fan of the bodykit, but i can appricate the work thats gone into putting it on getting it all aligned correctly etc and looking at it from that point of view it looks good mate nice work.
