  1. Its a bit too far a journey for me to be honest mate (i'm not in need of one urgently so will only be a spare or end up being modded) I think i will have to give it a miss dude sorry.
  2. hmmm thats quite a distance..... will have a think
  3. hmmmm, i may have this off you where abouts in kent are you?
  4. Here i am selling my runabout MKII 55 Plate Ford Focus TDCI I am looking to downsize to a smaller car as i no longer need to have a car of this size to get to work now. Looking at getting a Golf or something like that. • 55 Plate (2005) MK II 5 Door Hatchback Ford Focus Zetec Climate in Blue • Diesel 1.8 TDCI (122k Miles) • Manual 5 speed Gearbox • Power steering with 3 modes (Comfort, Standard, Sport) • Electric front driver and passenger windows • Manual rear seat passenger windows • Electric heated and adjustable wing mirrors • Electric heated front windscreen • Electric heated rear window • Electric adjusted headlights • Height adjustable driver’s seat • Driver and passenger dash and steering wheel airbags including seat and curtain airbags • Factory fitted in dash 6 CD changer • Air conditioning (It works) • Nokia Bluetooth hands free kit (works with any phone which has Bluetooth) • Trip computer with usual readouts (MPG, Miles left, Distance, Steering settings etc) • 15" Factory fitted Alloy wheels • Body coloured front and rear bumpers, • Front low level Fog lights. The only problems i have had with the car is that the alternator went (so this is pretty new) the driver’s side wheel bearing needed replacing (so this is pretty new) and i had to replace one of the boost hoses as it split and needed replacing. Other than those things the car has not missed a beat, starts every time and is surprisingly fun to drive for a diesel. It’s also very economical, i usually get around 55mpg (560-580 miles to a tank) but if you drive like a granny then you’re looking at 65mpg+ i have had it up into the low 80's (driving back from Kent) but then i was driving at 50mph all the way home !! It is now due for another service which i will be doing in the next week or so. I fitted new front tyres around 6 months ago and they have plenty of wear left, The rears are ok now but will need replacing fairly soon (i may end up doing this as i use it every day so will update if i do). There are a couple of cosmetic things that need to be done, the owner who had it before me forgot about some bird mess on the bonnet which has damaged the lacquer, i was going to get around to sort this but haven’t yet, there is a small area on the rear bumper where some paint has been removed but this is a simple repair and will probably do this before it sells. So i am looking for offers really Cheers all.
  5. I used a bosch drill similar to the one you have for sale when building my conservatory. It made really light work of drilling some deep holes into thick concrete and some pretty hard bricks... that price is a bargin IMO
  6. I have had this happen to my Supra a couple of times so i feel your pain. I hate to mention this but one of the times someone hit my Supra in a car park and didnt leave their details, I had CCTV footage of it happening (as there was a camera pointed directly at my car) but when i went to the police to report it i got a letter a few days later saying that it didnt meet their criteria and said that was the end of it. I tried getting the footage off the company who owned the camera so i can send it to my insurance company only to be told that the police can only request it. Cost me over a grands worth of damage!! ... and the person who did it got away with it, writing this even now has made me angry once again for the injustice, dont hold your breath when it comes to the police, unless it makes them money then they are not intrested. Can bet that if the person was speeding that hit my car they would of had them.
  7. Whaaa, You may as well spend a few £££'s more and get a good respray least that will last longer than a couple of years.
  8. Take a pic, lets have a look. Havent seen one like that. Perhaps is only on the Aero tops or something to say your roof isnt on properly maybe?
  9. Was just thinking... Have you checked to see if your exhaust is bumping on the bottom on the car? The exhaust routes just past that suspension mount and it could be sounding like its coming from the suspension if it is (it’s difficult to pinpoint a sound in a car as the sound is easily transferred to other area's.
  10. Already done mate Just waiting for a reply from him. If they are good to use then I will try and negotiate a group buy too. Only reason I want to wait for both to be available is to save on shipping really, I dont want to spend more than i have to on something like shipping.
  11. Ok got a reply to my email .. "We currently only have the JZA80 mounts available in Right hand side, and we will have the left side mounts available late this month. The seat sub frames are fixed mounts which bolts directly to the stock mounting holes, if you need move the seat, you have to buy sliders to go between the seat and sub frame but most don’t bother and have them fixed" I said that i would only be interested once the right hand side rails becomes available to which he said he will let me know. I think it would be worth me ordering them once the right hand side becomes available and then see what the fitment is actually like, even if they turn out to be not so good at that price you can’t ignore it and I will post the details on here once i get them.... right... now i need some Corbeau Sprint seats....
  12. There is no difference between jspec and UK brake lines
  13. If you use optimax then i wouldnt of thought there would be any reason to add more fuel cleaner.
  14. Fair point, will get it booked in..
  15. I have emailed them for more information... Will report back
  16. Just been reading another thread about seat rails for the Supra, and came across a link to a company in New Zealand that sells a Rail kit for the Supra. These rails are compatible with Recaro, Sparco, Momo, Bride, Sabelt, Cobra, Racetech, Racepro Seats. http://www.nzkw.com/productDetails.php?id=42&c=30 Now they list these at $125 NZD per rail kit and $65 NZD for shipping to Europe making the total for two seats £150 delivered (+ any customs charge) The bride rails are at least £230 each !! Whats the difference between these and has anyone had any experiance of these KW rails? The only thing that may be the difference is that these look like they are not sliding rails (which is fine)
  17. You're a proper magpie arn't you Looking good mate nice work.
