I doubt its your rack dude although i cant discount it could be causing an issue. Firstly just make sure the system is bled properly and fluid is being pumped to the rack.

Hi Mate, Sorry to hear your having issues dude. When i bought the pump i was told the pump was working fine, with no strange noises, When you turned the pully by itself there is no grindy nothcy feeling from it so the front bearing is ok. You will need to bleed the system fully if you have replaced the pump, you will need to raise the front of the car so both of the front wheels are off the ground, take the cap off the reservoir, then you will need to turn the wheel lock to lock a fair few times and check the level of the fluid and top up if needed then do it again. If your still having issues mate then let me know.

Ohhh this makes want to go single like right now!! I have been chatting to Paul at whifbitz about doing a single conversion on mine recently and looking at the quality of work and results its something that is defo going to happen over the winter time.

Maybe 700-800bhp... and for a rebuild it looks pretty used to me... That fan is really not going to be very useful on cooling the rad without any ducting and damaged fins, If he just spent ££££'s on a rebuild i would of sorted out the cooling system as a priority.

I wouldnt get a netbook mate. I used to have one (The HP one you listed) and it was too slow even to browse the net with (which is ironic) There arent any with internal optical drives as you cant cram it all in. If you are looking to edit images then a netbook is a no striaght up it just does not have the amount of processing power needed etc. Really best spending that little bit more and get a laptop.

In fact talking about this i need to attach my new under tray (As i too am running without one due to the incompetence of a garage) Does anyone have the part numbers i need for all the fixings for the under tray (clips and screws etc.)?
