Cheers guys, its been a long road but its almost there now. Will be testing in the next few weeks so Ill keep you posted on progress.

Got a nice little video of doing some Upshift and downshift testing and tweaks on the race car for you. This thing sounds amazing... I am so pleased everything is finally coming together. [video=youtube;wzYun-ugGlI] The upshifts and downshifts are clutchless, you only need the clutch for 1st gear.

Yes, I totally agree. Mind you I was never a fan of the original segment - I felt it was too long and well IMO didnt really do anything for the show. I didnt mind the F1 board though..

Fair enough, I just remember him from his YouTube Channel which sucked massively. He had an "attitude" on that show and while he isn't like it on Top Gear I cant see him in a different light. He nailed it on the head a couple of episodes ago when he said I am a failed YouTuber which is now doing this Job (in which he was saying he was lucky). Yes he is far better than Chris but I think still does not have the right style... maybe its distorted on my part. Chris harris I have always found to be pretty wooden, his performances neither make me happy or annoyed they are just... Yeah... and done well I may add, he would fit right in on 5th Gear but I am glad he is on Top Gear. I wouldnt change CH. Sabine well yes she can drive but she is annoying.. Eddie well I dont have a clue why he is on it, only the fact the BBC promised him a contract and as they lost the F1 coverage needed to fullfill his contract buy adding him in (thats a guess).

Thank you, I cant attribute the engine position to my skills I am afraid that would be the previous owner. In the 4 1/2 years I have had her though I like to think I have put my stamp on it

Yeah shakedown, I need to run it on a circuit to finish the settings on the geartronics shifiting software for clutchless up and downshifts. I may have something now, I just need to finalise it.

So a lilttle update, the venue we were going to be doing the filming has changed management and now the new guy in charge is not allowing us to use it :banghead: So now we are in desperate need of a venue which is typical.. Watched the Mclaren segment, FFWD the rest. Even then Chris was shouting and trying to be funny which well... wasnt. Whole else thinks that Top Gear "Extra Gear" should have been called Top Gear Overdrive?
