  1. Well I dont really want it that loud it would annoy me,....... So Im guessing there is no way around it then!?? If you want an unresticted Exhaust then its noisy all the way!?? Otherwise a standard exhaust which is restrictive!?? Arggh!
  2. Oh dear thats not what I want! Is there any way around this!? ie still benefit from increased performance but keep the noise down!! I dont wanna rattle buildings or auce myself to go deaf!
  3. Hello all.... I have done a little searching & it seems that the only really benefit to be gained from a n/a car come from straight through exhaust & filter!! Am I right? I believe there are two cats thus making the standard exhaust quite restrictive right? So what system should I be looking at to get best power gains!? Although I want a system that sounds nice, I dont want it to be too loud from inside the car as I wanna be able to hear my tunes & not get brain ache on motorway journeys! Any help & recommendations would be gratefully recieved!!
  4. Ok guys thanks for all the info... Sounds very cool!! In response to CJ you are selling the leather dash surround that is on your Supra in the pics in your garage!?? I would definately be interested!! Would you mind sending me a couple of recent pics as I just want to check what the condition is lkike now (although Im sure still mint!) What sort of money are you looking for? The only concern would be the three holes for guages, as if I do buy one it'll probably be a n/a! Oh & Ellis..... thanks very much for the offer but I suspect you are just a tad too far away!! lol Thanks anyway.
  5. Hmmm interesting... There seems to be split decisions on here! Im am growing incresing keen thouhgh it has to be said. & if I could get the interior similar to that on CJ's then I would be well happy! Does anyone know where that was done by the way? Im just loving the leather dash part... mmmmm
  6. Wow!! Ok guys well I like the sound of that... Although I suspect many people say it cos they dont have TT's!? Oh I dunno...... I do fancy one but part of me is saying just use the money I have to mod my Sol!!
  7. Hey guys..... Thanks for all the advise & help I got quizzing a few of you last night! Now although I would love a TT it seems that at the moment the only financially viable option for me to join the Supra fold is to go the n/a way. Now I know a few of you on here are very enthusiastic about your n/a cars which is cool..... A couple of the TT boys were kind enough to offer to take me for a spin so that I could see what the TT can do! Great but..... I think if I did that then I would never be happy with a n/a. So what Im asking is if there is anyone fairly close to me with n/a that could maybe show me around there pride & joy & maybe give me a few pointers in what to look out for & most importnantly, performance wise what I can expect from the car. I have previously owned a Honda Prelude 2.2 Vtec & I am informed that performance may be somewhat similar. So what do you think? Any help would be gratefully recieved..... Yours Confused Newbie
  8. Just out of curiosity guys? Do you get that same "warm" feeling with the na version? I notice you are all the "big boys" with TT's.....
  9. Bet you're in the petrol station quite often though eh!??
  10. CJ... Do you mind me asking about the leather trim around your dash? It looks awesome..... Was that part of a full retrim & what sorta money are you looking at for that!?
  11. Have you got MSN at all I would like to chat to you on there if I could!??
  12. Jurgen you sold for 9k but it is 6k now am I right?
  13. Sorry didnt read the bottom of your post!
  14. Ahhh CJ..... So you have done the "single" conversion that I was reading about in the FAQ section? So what power are you producing? Im guessing this is a real beast? Ok Homer thats a nice offer thanks..... What sort of power do you mean by "mildly modded"? I would love for you to take me out...... I think Im going to have to start saving hard!
  15. Oh & slightly off subject but is J Tuner a good magazine? Only I followed the link & it seems pretty cheap to subscribe! Worth it?
