  1. how about jessie, or megan, or lucy, or jenny! that's what our pets have been called and they "seemed" to suit them!
  2. Yo yo peeps! Only me! It's not a competition to see which style you like wins! It's just a curiosity on what type of music supra drivers listen to!!! Been a great thread though - surely you're all with me on that!
  3. Consider bouncy castle voted for!
  4. F.A.O Cliff, Trying to point you in the direction of tunes that are doing some interesting stuff in my opinion, try and download the following: Funky house - Blaze featuring barbara tucker - most precious love Tech House - Yoshimoto - Do what you du Hard House - Heavens Cry - till tears do us part Bouncy House - Pitchin 2004 Trance - Thrillseekers - Synaesthasia (think i spelt it right!) If you can't download them on kazaa or similar you will deffo get short mp3 samples of them on http://www.htfr.com or http://www.juno.co.uk They may not be to your taste, but try them at least, they are my fave's for each genre and go down pretty well in a club environment! You obviously do have a good understanding of music patterns if you can recognise house is 4/4 and waltz is 3/3 etc, its just with me dealing with the club/dance/dj scene that we never see patterns other than 4/4, but i agree, in the right situation, other patterns can work well. Let me know what you think of the above recommendations!
  5. i know! i was meant to include it with Jungle but forgot! You can make the new poll if you like!
  6. Good for you Michael! I also tacked a wide assortment of boxes, admittedly those were in mainly the dance genre. I've heard the other types of music, they just don't appeal to me, got nothing to do with being blinkered or refusing to expand my tastes!
  7. Depends whether youre referring to the music of old (which i thought was miles better anyway) or the newer material. No, i'm glad i started it! its been hours of amusement all day!!!
  8. Alright fella, someone asked the same question on the last poll, generally speaking it goes a bit like this: Hard house - Fast style hard house with an industrial sound, approx 150 BPM Bouncy House - Closest to hard house, but with more of an old skool influence and samples etc. approx 150 BPM Tech House - Newer style of house incorporating more of an electro sound, approx 130 BPM Funky House - Most popular style of house music currently, quite vocal with chunky basslines, approx 120 BPM
  9. Prodigy would come under old skool as would chemical brothers.
  10. Right! Enough is enough! NEW THREAD STARTED SEPERATELY!!!!!!!!
  11.   Ok guys, Please vote for the style of music you tend to play most in your Supra Answers on a poll above to the usual address! And i'm sorry if your genre isn't included, but you are only allowed 20 poll options hence the need to group some of the styles! :spanish:
