  1. I ask into the forum.. Maybe I got some one more !! But I haven't seen more than this two.. but I will ask for you. Peter
  2. Maybe a Jspec converted to UK Spec ?? You have checked the VIN and take a look at the brake ! Cheers Peter
  3. It's a guy in the german MKIV Forum and he is from Switzerland. That are 20 inch wheels cnc maschined from a billet aluminium block. Some guys like it, some guys hate it. But defenitly not to drive on circurt :) Better to drive on german Autobahn straight away and hope there is no curve anywhere .... LOL Cheers Peter The company is colorado customs.
  4. Thank you mate, but must be the engine, because the first cylinder have only 102PSI compression and thats not enough. Also we have found that the shaft from the turbo was damaged. Worst case... Engine dead and the part that comes from the engine get into the turbo blades. But i have sent the turbo to a specialist to check it. Peter EDIT: Thanks Alex for help...
  5. Hey Guys... If anybody hears about a used engine... Please let me know. It's hard for me to call with GB because on the phone my english isn't so good. Maybe someone heard something and can help me a little. Thank you all for you help and your hints. Cheers Peter (bad days for the rest of the summer )
  6. OK Guys. Got the result and it is bad... Very bad. 1. Cylinder is only 7 bar sorry but I don't know the PSI pressure. Maybe someone can calculate. But that's is defenitly not enough. 2. 9bar 3. 10bar 4. 10,5bar 5. 10bar 6. 10,5bar What do you guys think... Open engine and repair or buy a used one ? I don't know what could be wrong with the fuel system. Everything installed Paul and is was everything new. Dale spent a lot of money and bought the PHR Fuel Stage 2. I have the AEM and everything that is needed to install at home, but I did not want to install it because the car runs well in my opinion and the mapping would cost a lot of money. I would first drive this summer and now this fuc.... bul.. shi... "!!! But if the engine and everything was repaired i will install at the same moment the AEM. But if I have installed it, I defenitly would say the AEM is the reason for the damage:rolleyes: What would you guys do in my case ? Thank you all very very much. Peter
  7. @ IAN Thank's for the picture... That's crazy because your hole looks like smaller as mine. What size of Turbo do you run ? Maybe the restrictor is different for different turbos. Another question: Is this restrictor from a PHR Turbo Kit ? @Chris Thanks for you explanation. I will check today evening the compression and maybe I got a endoscope. But how can I see damaged Piston rings because the rings are beside the pistons and not over the pistons? I think I can only see piston damages. To your questions: I run a Stock engine with the stock ECU with MAP ECU from PHR. I think Dale mapped the car from Paul Whiffin because he defenitly installed the turbokit. Other mapped could be Thor Racing or Envyperformace. That's the three companys that Dale used. I have installed a Wideband 2 weeks ago. The AEM UEGO and let it standalone. Have heard PHR recommend that. The only thing i have seen is, that the car runs at ideling very rich. AEM UEGO can't show. Runs under 10.0 but if I drive along the streets normaly it shows 13 - 15. Full boost is also between high 10 and 12 !! I think that is Ok.. Little rich but not to lean. EGT was never over 750-800 degrees celcius. Only for one time i have had EGT over 1000 but I think there was burning into the downpipe. I put 1 second on the throttle pedal and the temps falls down to 750 in another second. I have checked my turbo and I have also 1mm installed. I think it was into the package and Paul installed it correctly. The kit was bought last year and installed in Sept. 2005. Since this time the turbo runs only 3000miles. Hope that was everything.. Thank you all guys. I'm happy to get so much response. Cheers Peter
  8. YES !! Alex is in Right !! If the pressure is to high, the oil don't flow back to the oil pan. But i will check the restrictor size. Thank you UK-Rich. Is the 040 inch size? What would be a OK compressions pressure ?? Got today evening a restrictor.
  9. BTW: Also interested in a exchange or used engine !! Cheers Peter
  10. Not at the moment... Have no compression test unit but I have bought it and will test it this week. I will give info after measurement. What pressure is good, what is bad ? Cheers Peter
  11. I think it's first time to safe money... I don't have so much to repair everything at the moment: What do you guys think of approx. costs if something is wrong with the engine and what would cost the work. Peter
  12. Thank you Ben, I have checked every spark plug and every ot the six was fine. Same burning picture and none are wet or oily. Think would be fine if nothing with the engine, but what damaged the turbo. Maybe bearing clearence at high revs but if it isn't running there is no bearing clearance. Is there a specialist in UK, that can check and reapair PHR DBB Turbos ?? Peter
  13. Yes Alex, the breathers go from the head to the air intake ( Paul did it ) but there was also oil into the pipe. Here you can see the pipe from the camcover to the intake. http://img133.imageshack.us/img133/2344/turbo15ik.th.jpg The reason i have take a look was unbelievable much blue/white smoke of the exhaust and that without boost and driving 10mph with absolutly cold engine. New thread here : http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?p=887974#post887974
  14. Hi Guys. Bad weekend :( I don't know what is wrong with my car and maybe some specialists can take a look at me explanation into this thread (Test the water about a new engine) http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?t=72262 Hope somebody can give clearance. Thank you Peter
  15. Thank you Alex, The crazy thing is, that there is no (absolutly NO) oil into the exhaust manifold. The oil is only after the turbo and the downpipe. I think, that something is wrong in the engine and there are to much pressure in the crankshaft housing and the oil that comes into the turbo, doesn't go back into the oil pan. You are right, that it would be better to open the engine and take the head off, but I can't do that and I know nobody in Germany that can do that and I don't like to give the car to Toyota. (That's is defenitly to expensive) If I live in UK i have more ways to repair the engine and maybe it is cheaper to got a engine from a chrashed car or something. Maybe someone have an idea what could be the problem? Cheers Peter BTW: I can start the engine and it runs very well without noises at the moment: Can't believe that. The Spark plugs are clean and OK. That's the reason, if I don't know what is wrong or if anything is wrong with the engine but anything must have damaged the turbo impeller
  16. @Jspec Germany Hey Mike, I don't know whats wrong but i think it is more expensive to find someone in Germany that opens the engine and take a look and repair it, that a exchange engine. I check the compression in the next days. My single Turbo loses some oil after the Exhaust impeller and I removed it and found following: http://img114.imageshack.us/img114/8206/dsc017636cu.jpg http://img109.imageshack.us/img109/7779/dsc017646xp.jpg http://img114.imageshack.us/img114/528/dsc017665dp.jpg http://img114.imageshack.us/img114/3267/dsc017678od.jpg http://img226.imageshack.us/img226/7598/dsc017780ka.jpg http://img109.imageshack.us/img109/1369/dsc017792vg.jpg I thought something is wrong with the turbo and the seals, but I have a DBB Turbo GT60 and PHR give me following info: Jarrett Humphreys Hi Peter, the trouble is not the turbo or the seals, the DBB turbos dont even have seals like you think of them. There is only too much oil pressure entering the turbo, and its bypassing into the exhaust housing and smoking. When you bought the DBB turbo, there was a .040" restrictor in the oil feed inlet to the turbo, was this installed? Also if this is a new motor, the oil pressure can be very high and cause the smoking also. There is nothing faulty with the turbo, just too much oil coming in. If you dont have the restrictor, you need to get one made up there or I can send one. Thanks, Jarrett Humphreys I have checked something and I can't believe the Paul Whiffin have had anything wrong. He installed the setup. I don't know if I have this restrictor !! I found only that one into my oil feed inlet. http://img251.imageshack.us/img251/7075/oilfeedturboinlet3rb.jpg I have remove the exhaust turbo housing and found that horrible picture. http://img251.imageshack.us/img251/923/impeller5la.jpg That crazy thing is, that the turbo don't scratches into the housing and have no bearing clearance. The reason therefor is, that something come from the engine in the turbo and damaged the impeller. What it is, I don't know but I can't find another reason for the damage. :( bad days... this weekend Peter Thank you Alex, do you have the correct Forum Name ?? I thought there are a much Terry's ? I don't know ! But the problem is, I don't know what is damaged into the enigine and therefor I think a exchange engine with head etc. (the whole engine) is better in my case
  17. Hi Guys. It looks my engine in gone and maybe it is cheaper to buy another engine. I need a 2JZ-GTE Engine with low milage. There is nothing engine accessories necessary. I have everything but I need a complete engine and a engine that runs well. JAP or UK Spec isn't necessary because everything like injectors and Turbos will be used from my car. Cheers Peter
  18. Hi Guys, I have got an AEM UEGO 52mm KIT and would like to install it into my Supra. Think, that the most guys knows my car (old car from Dale "SKUNK2"). There is installed a Map ECU and I would like to connect the Wideband to this unit. In Germany nobody can't help me. Is there anywhere a "HOW TOO" or anything else to explain the installation on the MAP ECU. Have heard there are also changes into the software required. Thanks a lot Peter
  19. Sorry to say Martin, but there is only ONE Adjuster arrived by Parcel Force. I have everytime a look at your Threads but in the moment no Money. But if money arrived again I will give you a info for some new toys. Cheers Peter
  20. YOU ARE GREAT MARTIN ! No discussion about that. To have a business in never easy and nobody can't say he's perfect, but if you do you BEST, nobody can't say anything about you and the company. You have made a good job with the groupbuy to Germany and also you have spent a lot of time to search a company that insure is amount. Every time again.... Martin. Cheers Peter
