  3. YES !! Absolutly Stock gearbox and stock converter. @Mikeyb Maybe, but why ? Cheers Peter
  4. Some questions I have had an engine damage and dissambled all parts completly. Take out the engine with the AT Gearbox. http://f5.putfile.com/6/17905304751-thumb.jpg I have removed the gearbox and put it in my garage without draining the oil. Only remove the Tranny cooler pipings from the gearbox. Some oil drains after removing but not to much. After 2 month I go into the garage and found a lot of oil around the gearbox. I don't know If it was drained from the piping mounts or from the converter. After assembling I've drained the oil out of the pan and fill it with new one. Have read the workshop and there was told I should shift several gears after filling. Did it and see I need to fill more oil. After checking everything was fine, I did a test drive and now I have following problem: Normaly I release the brake pedal the car runs slowly. Now I have the problem that the car doesn't run. After I put the throttle the car starts running. Shifting was really fine but what could be the problem that the car doesn't put in the clutch after releasing the brake pedal. (sorry for my bad english. hope anybody knows what I told) PLEASE HELP Cheers Peter

  11. He is as fast as a MC Laren SLR with only 0.8 bar. Tested more trails on German Autobahn. John Reed from the USA visit Germany and mapped the car for 98Octane because he often visit countries that doesn't have 100octane. John told it runs like hell. He have build a custom 6pot Intake from the BMW M3 CLS and together with the Crower 3.3 it is a Monster, but he wasn't on the dyno. I think if he drives full 1.2 bar the car have the maximum what is possible with normaly gas from the station. But at the moment maybe 700hp but if he use race fuel or W/M he should get much more. Cheers Peter
  12. SORRY SORRY SORRY !! My bad english. Big mistake. Not noisy .... QUIETEST !!! Shit Again any infos ??
  13. Hi Guys. Mate of me have a fully built 3.3 Crower Engine with the GT42 and have had a Single Plate RPS clutch installed. RPS clutch was from the old setup and now its gone OK. He needs a new one better clutch and it is necessary the clutch is very good on the street and not on the drag. He drives 20000 miles in the year with the car. He thought about the RPS Carbon/Carbon and I've head only good things about. He would like to have also a noisy *EDIT: THE QUIETEST.. NOT NOISY* clutch and I've heard the RPX C/C is very noisy. What do you guys think about ? Which clutch could be a good one for this setup and how can deliver ? Thanks Peter
  14. Thanks a lot for the info !! Cheers Peter

  17. Can anybody explain me the difference between this two pan's ? Thanks Peter
  18. We talk about the standard metal part, but if aluminium part is better and fits also perfect...... No Prob. I don't like to buy a new one. Is too expensive at the moment for me New engine costs a lot of money and new turbo also. Cheers Peter BTW: Dimitri... do you visit next time Germany ?? Would need mapping my Supe with the new GT40 from Titan Motorsport and the AEM with AT Gearbox
  19. Hey Guys... Need an oilpan for the 2JZ without dents !! My oilpan was damaged ;( Cheers Peter

  21. The engine is original and never opend before. Only thing was the transformation to Single and this did Paul Whiffin. I think he has enough knowledge to fit Singleturbos but maybe a little mistake. I don't know. Don't like to say anybody made a mistake but fact is, there is a shim into the engine and I don't know if it is from the engine or not. And what are these shrapnel ?? Peter
  22. Hey Guys. Here are the pictures after removing the oilpan. Found some "funny" things and I don't know wherefrom the shim is ! What do you think ?? http://img126.imageshack.us/img126/7523/dsc019152yv.jpg http://img117.imageshack.us/img117/6137/dsc019161eb.jpg http://img224.imageshack.us/img224/6114/dsc019190ve.jpg http://img20.imageshack.us/img20/946/unbenannt16am.jpg Peter EDIT: The red clause translated = I don't know wherefrom the fucking shim is
  23. Hi Chris, thanks for your helpfully words. I think your are in right. Have removed in the last 4 hours the oilpan and found some litte shrapnal into it. Make a picture of it. I don't no, if this pieces are from rings. Could be something other, but I found there a much more horrible thing. There was a shim into under the "Big Oilpan" (Sorry I don't know the word) and I can't believe how get it in or from which part could it be. I take a picture tomorrow. Maybe someone knows it. Looks like very "special". Hope I don't need oversized pistons and re ring is enough. Cheers Peter
  24. Hey guys. NEWS NEWS NEWS !! I have removed the whole engine last weekend and dissambled the engine last days and found very interesting things. There are a lot of woofs in the 2. and 6. piston btw into the head also. Now it is defenitly that something came into the engine and damaged it and this part also get into the turboblades. BUT..... I found nothing (really nothing) on the engine thats damaged like plugs or anything from the head. Everything is fine. I think that's an old damage and something goes wrong by previous owner and the turbo keep up 3000miles and now it was enough. What do you guys think about this pictures. (AGAIN: No parts are damaged into the engine that could get the pistons) http://f5.putfile.com/6/17515461763-thumb.jpg http://f5.putfile.com/6/17515472015-thumb.jpg To the problem with the first cylinder compression. On the first cylinder are no woofs at all but the piston have a lot of space into the hole. Here a small video. (Sorry for geman speaking but this is for the german MKIV Forum but you don't need to understand. You see the Problem) Click here to watch 1. piston I don't know if it is possible only to renew the piston rings, because if I need to repair the bore wash I need oversized pistons and that's a lot of money again. What do you guys think about all ? Thanks Peter
  25. Thanks mate, I will have a look. Cheers Peter
