The UK manuals are pretty rare so that should increase the price a fair bit... too scared to be the 1st person to put a price on it ... i know that a J-Spec 95, 6speed with 40'000 on the clock went for £13k not too long ago! Good luck with the sale!

Got all the quotes at work and cant remember which company quoted which, i defo remember that Sky quoted £1500 with like for like replacements and thats with a full veilside kit, stainless steel exhorst, BOV and rims worth £2500 Trying them would be a good start!

Sorry its an 04, the last owner did the mods, aftermarket exhorsts all together not too sure what they are though it even has blacked out windows ... the bad boy! Its git some wicked controls to it to, would be interested getting them on my supe, aparent its got something called i-mob (i think thats what its called) he can apparently start the car with his mobile!

Like the sound of that! Pretty sure they would both kill a supe on the bends though. Think ive managed to talk them both into a track day as well! Could be fun, never been myself!

Im basically in the same situation... 22 with a import TT and 4 years no claims...get quotes around the £1300 mark appart from Adrian Flux which quoted £3200, yeah good one! Let us know how you got om mate and also give A-Plan insureance a try, think they gave me quite a good quote! Good luck

Been an eventfull couple of days ... one friend got his new BMW M5 on thursday and i thought that was fast with 508bhp, its an unbelievable car, huge, luxurious and with such smooth power all that way well to 180mph (got a little cared after that, hes never had padel shifts before!) Then today my dads business partner picked up his nice new 911 Turbo S and fook me its amazeing! Cant believe the power in that! Standard its apparently 420bhp but his has been played with and is pushing 480! The speed is almost stupid! Had a nice drive in it and cant stop thinking about it. So basically when my supra gets here in 2 weeks... ive got a couple of races lol Dont really fancy my chances though, but oh well!

Thanks for all the response. Been alot of help, just wanted to be confident with who i let alter the engine as i understand its not your usual 1.0 litre Ford engine which looks complex enough to me. The cars already cost me enough dont want to start paying out for monthly repairs/alterations due to bad mods. Thanks again... and it looks like il be seeing you some time in August Paul. Firstly id like it serviced by someone that knows what they are doing to make sure everything is boosting/running properly then just some standard upgradeslike restrictor ring,walbro Fuel Pump,Thor VFCD,Boost Gauge,Plugs... that kind stuff oh and BOV!!!!

Theres a White 6 Speed TT going through on Tuesday 24th if any 1 happens to be near Southampton. Last time i saw a TT auctioned there (red 94 about 100000km) went for around £6k. So you could pick up a good deal, depends how many people are after it!
