There is an N reg UK spec auto in black on auto trader for £9500. Its mint 47k on the clock. Accident damaged though. So doesn't have to be a JDM car.

Thought that I would update you all on the situation with the clubs choosen insurance scheme. I have accepted an offer of £9500. Minus the £350 excess. That was the second offer, I would like to thank all on the forum for their advice it has proved priceless. The cheque is in the bank and now I am shoping for a car:) . I did speak to a Scott from sky who said they are looking into changing the process around the first offer. To their credit I have got a payout that I am happy with. I was pro-active with chasing them but felt that all the way down the line heels were being dragged. In future I will ensure that I have guarunteed value. Just so you are aware not 100% on what car to get, I know that you all love your supra's as do I however I am a little scared of them now though. That was the first time I have ever lost control of a car in my life and I wasn't being silly. The love of the car is drawing me back though. Been looking at Audi S3's Seat Leon Cupra-r and of course Supra's. Advice welcome.

I always though that about supra just didn't get going till about 80 then all of a sudden I found the power breath taking. I had an auto, does the closer gearing of the manual help with situations were you need to drop the type-r's on british roads.

I loved the way my 64 year old mum used to come out to the car to look at it after it was polished. She loved my Supra, she was even insured on it but was too scared to drive it. Thats when you know you have a sexy car when someone that knows nothing about cars falls in love with its looks. She used to love going anywhere in it because she felt as though her son had made it in life. Bless. In short the best thing about the supra is the looks. (hang on its the performance/ reliability. lol)

Now I am a fully paid memeber I'll see how long it takes to catch up. Alls I need now is a supra! Well done on hitting the 1000.

Pictures of car. She was a looker, I had spent about 30 man hours on her bodywork polishing her no haze or swirl. No scratches or scrapes on the bodywork I am gutted that I had not taken any other pictures apart from with my phone!!!

That was the reason that I went with sky I thought that they offered what it was insured for. Thats the probem with having 7 years no claims, you dont have the detailed knowledge that you realise you need until after the event . Any advice on how to approach things? It is that far short of the mark I am thinking of contacting a solicitor.

uk tt with full service history

As many of you will know I wrote my car off just over a week ago (search end of a dream). I have just had my first offer through for my car. £4700. She was a mint condition, Uk, I paid £10000 for her (no laughin) five months ago. I know that the price of them has dropped since I purchased her, but words fail me. I am insured through the clubs reccomendation sky. Help

I felt no difference at all between tesco unleaded and my normal fuel optimax when I had to use it during the mini fuel crisis. Still went back to useing optimax though

Thats where it happened Ant, coming out of Eccleston heading towards Prescot. I know the road like the back of my hand used to live on Pinfold drive (1st right heading towards Eccleston just before police station). I went to pick up what was left in the car today and I felt a great loss for the first time. She was an excellent example of a U.K car, my mum even used to come out to look at her after a polish, her paintwork looked weeks old her leather was clean, the dash looked fresh. I did love owning my Supra but I need to see how the accident will affect my premiums. I had 7 years NCB before. As to will I get another, depends on what I am offered by the insurance company. Its so difficult to get another car that comes close been looking at all sorts. My heart telling me to get one lets just wait to see what the wallet can offer.
