  1. Would you have pictures of the clearance / pipework route from under the car? Do ping me a PM if you do...
  2. I had the same thing happen to me. AFR duly replaced with them all with new Toyota studs, which are still available to order.
  3. Oh man. Sean, really sorry to see this. Thankfully, you're alright.
  4. Wing Chun for the win
  5. As James says, why not standard 17"s?

    Mr t

AHHA! You must have bought some UK lights (which have adjustment motors), hence your bulbs not fitting... ooh-fah-foo?
  10. Lovely job Adnan. You're always half asleep at the Ace.

    rims 10X18

If they're a perfect offset for the supra rear, then it's well worth getting a quote for the 8.5"s as per m45sey's suggestion. I'd be interested if the deal was right...
  12. No worries, your English is better than some locals! Spot on. The 'cap' and 'reflector' is one piece. Let us know how you get on with your order from the US.
  13. As Jay says. You simply replace the entire headlight units, no need to pull them apart or anything complex like that. Just need to get the right bulbs, as the old light fitments are likely to be different to the US/EU lights, eg H4 instead of 9006 etc. Easy-peasy Kaamos, don't worry so much.
  14. You're right, the engine is non-interference. However, when the rubber deteriorates, the outer part work its way loose as seen above. If it fails at high speed, it'll play pinball with everything else in the engine bay.
  15. Steve, chap in the Atom is my friend and boss. Will make sure he expects you to look him up on the day - in fact, I may be spectating too.
  16. You need LHD-spec lights - the beam pattern has a lot to do with the shape of the apertures inside the projectors themselves. A part number should suffice at a local Mr T in France.
  17. Missing fins, or just tarnished? It is possible to put it through a degreasing bath, followed by a mild acid bath. Not something I'd attempt myself though, the fumes would be very bad. Can't help with where though, this is a friend's project in the Netherlands.

    Door Locks

Don't WD40 or grease your locks. You need graphite powder from your local locksmith.
  20. Must be well quick. Whilst the rest of us are doing 30, your speedo will be reading 90.

    M-b sl55

Nish moved on from his Supra to an SL55. Worth sending a message to him - nice guy too.
  22. Ellis, I had mine do exactly the same. It turned out to be the power connection on the balast which had built up some deposits due to it's exposure to water where it had been mounted. Also, check that the condition of the connectors and the fuse on the relay.
