Forgive my confusion, but as you say, the pipework is the same as the Kakimoto R - but the backbox is like the N1 - or, does it have a primary silencer like the N1 link?

I've been toying with the idea of going wingless, and recently took it off for a few weeks to try out. Blanking grommets 'n' all, but I just had to give it a go before I make any decisions involving welding and smoothing. It changes the car's image and how people look on at it entirely. Still unsure, but it's definitely growing on me.

There's a guide somewhere around here, do a search. It's pretty simple, and is done with just the surrounding/ashtray panel removed. A wire connecting to the overdrive button needs to be snipped and re-connected, but other than that it's pretty much common sense as you go along.

Indeed he does. I had a new stock auto knob from Nic (a.k.a. Import Pimp in the traders' section), really easy to replace and at a good price too.

CSA: I like it. In fact, having seen one of our resident American members cars (can't remember who), I've been looking into sourcing the Ridox version. Nic, I share your views on the roundness thing. I'm currently trialling the wingless look and I think you're right. Without having to go the whole hog with an AbFlug style one, this might just do the trick. Do PM me a price for that, and if it comes in a non-CF version.

Sure thing. I've mailed the man to no avail though. I must have you know that the Drager isn't in great condition... it'll go cheap if it does. It has however been refabricated with stainless piping at some point. I'll let you know.
