  1. I was just looking at some online tyre suppliers to get prices. What road speed is the X Y and Z rating, and which one does the supra require. There is also ZR, what's that?
  2. Take a TT auto for a test drive, and i'm sure you wont be too dissapointed. Read the threads in the FAQ section also explaining how the auto box works, you can if you want hold it in certain gears and shift down for engine braking like a manual. And the acceleration is completely linear, as there's no jolt forward as you change gear. Nail it from a standstill and you're stuck in the back of your seat until you lift off, whatever the speed. Like SupraLoopy said, best of both
  3. There's at least three that i see regularly around where i live, don't know if they're turbos or not. There's only one supra that i see regularly around here though, and me
  4. Cheers mate. Thats my spray booth stacked against the fence. I'm waiting for my sister to take it to her farm where it will become a dog kennel
  5. Awesome. Be good to see how this turns out, i love these cars.
  6. Yep, mega bored here too. Been wanting to go out in the car all day but still haven't got my rear lights working yet, and it's all a bit doomy and gloomy. I keep looking out the window at the car outside though, it doesn't help...
  7. Cheers guys. Do both parts come together as a kit, or is the part number for the housings and the white bits are seperate?
  8. I did my plugs yesterday and sure enough the coil pack connectors were far from perfect. After unplugging them i couldn't resist having a little fiddle to see what they were all about. The black housing was completely disintegrated on one, and the white part also fell apart when i fiddled with it. I left the rest well alone, but am sure they'll be in the same state. Has anyone bought the connector housings and the white parts recently, i'm just wondering how much they are?
  9. Hi mate, where in Norfolk are you. I need the board from the boot and whatever it is that goes behind the seat. I'll collect if you're nearby Edit: just noticed you said pm.
  10. Makes perfect sense, The Godfather (Colonel Koont) goes jungle crazy, so they send in Mavericks dad to have words
  11. Don't know about the supra, but my Audi warning light only comes on when it's really low. I think it's suprising what you can get away with sometimes. I got to Pod once in the Audi and found the oil cooler had fractured, mixing coolant into the oil. I drive home (70 mls) with custard as lubricant, half expected it to seize up but it didn't. Been fine since
  12. Yee of no faith at all. Where's the sense of achievement in that, half the fun of owning and modding cars like this is in getting involved and doing things yourself. Yeah, maybe you'll make mistakes along the way, but you'll learn a hell of a lot too. What do you think the Hot-Rodders did in the 50/60's when they wanted to change something? Probably kicked the cattle out of the barn for a few days and broke out the hammer and chisel
  13. I changed mine today aswell. It had Denso Platinum - PK20R11 in there, and i swapped them for NGK - BKR6E. Not sure if the old ones were knackered or not, what do you think?....

  16. I thought maybe you did, just wondered if you were a complete fabricating Lord.
  17. That looks quality mate. Did you have to make the bends yourself or did you get them in?
  18. Looking good. Glad you ended up doing it yourself, i know i would have done.
  19. Mate, if my car was that clean and shiny i'd be afraid to drive it Real shame you've got to let it go.
  20. I have no stereo at all, and that's perfectly loud enough
