chris any idea or have you seen on your travels a chevy to supra bellhousing??? i have also been in contact with an engine supplier in the u.s,who is going to supply me with a 383ci 475hp motor and 500+ torque...should be interesting in the sooooopraaaaaaa:)))

hi all very new on here so be gentle...lol i want to fit a sbc into a mk1v supra,has this been done,are there any links/threads...and does anyone know if there is a kit,i.e motor mounts etc etc and a bellhousing to bolt the chevy to the 5 speed n/a box...??? also would the n/a box be strong enough to take say 400hp and 400 torque,if not what do you recomend... this will be a budget build so i cannot afford expensive alternative g/boxes... what are your thoughts on this... please bear in mind i know i could have a boosted up 2jz,BUT i love the sound of a v8 and i like to be different...i also think it would be a fairly easy swap,if i can get an adapter and mounts,and will run this on a 650 carb so know wiring of any ecu...cheers... also if someone has a dead mkiv supra with no engine,cheap please pm me...thanks...

forgot also has cat 1 alarm and imobilser,also nismo front and rear strut braces nismo oil/water pump if someone wants the car cheaper,i could keep the wheels and the 2x front seats and reduce the price to £12,000... THIS WOULD MEAN THE BUYER WOULD NEED TO SUPPLY SOME WHEELS AND SEATS TO TAKE IT
