Cheers Monkey, sounds like you've spent quite a lot of money and effort on yours, but I only really want a motor that I can have fun in this winter but not really care about if anything happens to it, and I'd feel guilty doing that to your car! Plus, like you said, you probably want more for it than I want to spend Thanks for the recommendation though - seems like an E30 is probably the best option if I don't end up getting a supe anytime soon. Yeah, I can see that point of view. I'm not a vegetarian, so I was gonna say that we only kill animals for food, which I think can be justified, but I obviously do own leather shoes too (who doesn't?), so.... I do think it is a bit different killing for fur though, because it's invariably for rich westerners who don't give a flip about anyone else, and IMHO having fur (unlike shoes) is totally uneccessary. But like Kopite says, if you've gotta have fur, what's wrong with synthetic? Now we know how some animals are killed for their fur too, just makes it even worse in my eyes. Personally, I'd like to say I'm against all killing of defenceless animals (fox hunting, whale hunting etc), especially in the manner highlighted by pete in this thread, but I do quite happily eat meat and wear my leather shoes, so I guess I'm a hypocrite really

Some stations fill them with sand, but we think thats a bit cruel, and you never know who's gonna sue you nowadays! A couple of aother Aussies (who were pushing each other out of the way to get to it first and actually kicked it simultaneously) did say to us, "Shit, that's not full of piss is it mate?" Now that would be cruel!
