  2. Hello guys/Girls! Can you guys "quote me happy" on a double deCat pipe (with a 1.2bar restrictor ring) for a 93 L-reg Jap TT? are there any options possible? Also looking for a turbo boost gauge, ideally one with black background, blue illumination and that would fit the space for the clock (30mm i guess?) Would apreciate prices with/without postage and with/without fitting (added VAT please), also please advise on your location for fitting/pickup purposes. Man thanks, Dan
  3. Actually guys, not that glamorous! It is the car that trasport blood to hospitals in case of urgencies.

  5. Hi all! Drove one of the new 3 series, I know... Dont worry, it wasen't for long! About the single flick; the indicator switch has two positions for each side, one is just a short flick, so even if you dont turn it will flick once and switch off and the other is the standard "flick till completed manouver", now, its quite a dangerous gadget if in the wrong hands, in this case, the worst hands possible! Still doesn't axplain them not indicating at all though...
  6. Hi Nic could you post me too? Dan

  16. Hello everyone. Glad to inform you all that after much anguish and despair, found a dealership in Portugal that would touch my soop (São Caetano). The problem was as mentioned by you guys in the thread, the crank pulley was comming off! and the belt was beeing dented slowly with the vibrations. Many thanks for the advice and peace of mind provided by felow club members, It came as a real lifesaver. Dan
  17. Yep, the belt has a few small cracks but nothing that hasent been there for a long time now, tried switching on the air con and looking at the bottom pulley as you mentioned, but no vibration seen, still wanna try the WD40 on the belt.
  18. Unfortunately I think this could be it, I hope the car will make it back to England, obviously no aircon for the trip... Many thanks!
  19. Ill try that and see if it works, I HOPE YOU ARE RIGHT!!!!! Can anyone explain why this only happens when the air con is switched on?
  20. Thanks for the advice! and for your thread. Did it also make the screetch when on idle and with air con off? still got to get back home so ill have to try my luck...
  21. Thanks for the help guys, if i dont switch on the air con, would that be ok to drive? Many thanks, dan
  22. screeching noise sounds more like it, its got 80K, and the noise goes away when i rev it up, or when its idle, the acceleration makes the noise, specially when on neutral (automatic car) Thanks guys, really apreciate any help as I am in Portugal on holiday and the closest help is over 1000 miles away! Dan
  23. When i start the car with the air con on, there is a terrible loud whinning noise from the engine, if i switch it off (air con, even without turning off the fan) it disapears: Is there a separate belt for the air con compressor? Could that be the problem? Would this be a toyota part or a car air con specialist could sort out?
  24. Was behind you for a bit, saw the salute, tidy car!
