i need to tell my insurance that i am decatting my soop, can anybody tell me how they have worded it to their insurance company? its on a 95 plate so do you think i will have problems with them still covering me?

right ok,so, if im running 300bhp and im going bpu (fcd/sparks/full decat/restrictor ring) what figure do you think i will be looking at after these mods?

im probably wrong in saying this but when you go bpu isnt it meant to bring up to between 350-400 bhp?

branners, if i did have problems wiv the turbos and all i was doing was full decat/fcd/spark plugs/restrictor ring, would it finish them off?

i have just had a look in the bay and im getting quite a bit of oil splat from the pipe joining on to my dump valve (standard one) on the turbo side, also it does whine when idling! bollox!

you cant hear it when you just reving the engine, it happens from about 1800rpm untill about 3000rpm but when you boot it, the noise goes away! (when travelling that is)

ok im really quit worried now, i am getting the sighns of this "death whine" from my 1st turbo, but am also going bpu this month. what should i do? is this normal at 55k?

thats what im doing today, the ladies insurance that reversed into me in paying, but i obviously had to pay the £500 excess upfront! my insurance company have said that as long as the insurance damage is done then they are happy! W#NKERS they are neve there to help!
