  1. A fine mist yes but the horizontal pipes at the bottom leading to and from the I/C are caked in oil
  2. No smoke on boost, just a small amount of White mist on start up first thing.
  3. It's a fine mist inside all of the vertical pipes but quite a layer in the horizontal pipes more on the intake side though.

Hi guys after havin problems mapping the car with Ryan it became apparent there was some oil in the intercooler pipe leading to the intake plenum, so I took the I/C off and all the lower pipes turbo side and intake side have oil in them. Going to get the car compression tested and a leak down test. Any more ideas what it could be or what to do about it? Cheers Ad
  5. Good result Ryan, you werent too happy with it before the mapping this morning so at least one of us got the result they wanted

  10. Lee, yes mate they boost well, I just replaced them with hybrids....they are located at my parents house in medstead Hampshire near Alton.
  11. Yep still got turbos, I really dont know what work was carried out on them mate, i just had problems with my stock ones a while back and the mechanic put these refurbs on. They are ceramin one yes cheers Add

  13. Id have thought that as the system isnt use to the turbos coming on line together it would need to be mapped to do so properly.....
  14. Check for error codes mate, the first thing you should do when ya have a prob. (Click on the blue error codes above and it will tell ya how to do it.)
  15. I never understand why people put a picture of the engine when its so dirty! frustrates me!

    Tbh the car has always felt sluggish on the first turbo, could wastegate probs cause this? when i accelerate low revs i can hear the turbo working but dont get the power to go with it.

    I have a leak in the turbo manifold thats ive just seen surely that would make some difference. Do you think?

    Cant ya just open the ring up more? Would wastegate probs cause the first tubby too play up?

    yeah thought that! Just need to get the first turbo looked at as its pretty flat. 326 is that fwbhp?
