it is a very dark tint, i think ill just have to get used to it ,or drive it like a van lol

i think it looks better without the graphics mate, because the body is so streamlined and rounded on the supra, you dont really want anything breaking up the flow of the lines, and thats coming from me who used to have tiger stripes on my rs turbo. At first i thought they were well good but it created too much attention, heres some pics, feel free to rip the piss out of me about it be carefull if you do decide to take them off,i done it slowly with a hair dryer, its the very last bit at the ends that is prone to ripping off the paint, but it depends how long they have been on the car for i think

i was wondering if tinted rear windows and side windows was an option as standard for the supra? and is it hassle to remove the tint? Im in two minds wether to remove tints, cos i cant see sweet jesus out of my rear window with the veilside spoiler aswell, plus i like to keep an eye out for the old bill behind me,in the night time this is near on impossible.I just know one night im going to put my foot down cos someones up behind me,and itll turn out to be the police

that does look well nice,my cousins got a proton gti( yeah i know) and those arches look exactly the same with the bolts on show

-
yeah sounds like him hes quite fat with some sort of safari hat on lol i thought it might have been better with the dedicated car nights, because they do a bmw one aswell as the japanese ones

was it a poor turn out as in amount of cars wise or just not many supras there? ive been to the normal mean street cruise 3 times, this was in my boyracer rs turbo days and theyve always got the same stuff there all the time.ie that bloody fireforce jet car which seems to be at every show in england, some bloke in a shi**y grey 325 bm drifting round the track, and then they have the burnout show which involves a shi**y sierra and a wreck of a carlton which are due for the scrappy anyway. And to top it off, they have that adam rayner who used to do the ice section in max power just talking crap down the too loud microphone. hope it was better than that last night?

i dont think they are actually showing it on tv till later on this year, thought they would have showed it quite soon

Since ive now become a propper member,i probably am still classed as a newbie although i have been reading up about the supra for a few months on this site before finally buying one, thought id post a few pics up of it. I know the veilside kit isnt to everyones taste, but the first time i saw a mkiv supra with the kit on i just couldnt stop staring at it, and now i finally own one. its a 3.0 N/A manual i think both the cats are off of it cos its bloody loud, but it still passed the mot

i was wondering if anyone knows any garages that service imports around the medway area, chatham, rainham gillingham and maidstone are 15 minute drives from me,i see that whifbits in enfeild is a short trip up the m25 but i hate waiting around for hours as i have no transport back. How long would plugs, oil and filter and fan belt take to do on a 3.0 n/a?is this an all day thing or just a couple of hours?,and do any of you guys normally wait at a garage while work is being done? thanks

its just a phase the mags are going through at the moment, not long ago it used to be fiestas and corsas done up on the front covers with weedy 1.0 engines because of insurance, and then it used to to be cossies and rs turbos and novas. At the moment the most fashionable car seems to be japanese for the looks and the power and availability (i blame the impreza) give it another year and the chav mags will have new shape fiestas and clios back on the front

i work in the medway city estate in strood, lock your car up if your driving down there
-
the buy it now price of $20,000 dollars is a bit steep,it hasnt done a lot of miles, but any one who buys that for that price is a bit of a mug
-
ill get some better pics of it when i pick it up,they were only pics i took with my phone, i think the picture quality turned out really good for a phone
-
it is quick yeah,is probably as quick as my mates golf 2.016v gti but i didnt open it right up bearing in mind my last car was a bmw 318is which was slow as fook so this feels a lot quicker, i went for the n/a cos i love the look of supras but couldnt afford a turbo one and had cash burning a hole in my pocket
-
its n/a so be gentle, full exhaust with 5" tail i think, hks induction kit,its a manual aswell ,18" alloys and its been lowered, its a full veilside but i dont think its got the rear spats, its the first time ive driven one and it surprised me how agile they are for a big car, even if i didnt like how it drove i would still have got it for the looks of them alone, i dont know what make the wheels are,i couldnt get a picture of it from the side cos these are just my phone pictures
-
i didnt buy it from them i bought it privately, yeah ive looked at a few of their cars on their website, they are dear but maybe thats a good thing

Went and veiwed that one i said yesterday, and its sweeet as,runs perfect no gaps in the bodykit fitting (from what i can tell anyway), it was imported in 2003 by vine place cars, are they a decent importer? anyway put my deposit on it and picking it up after it gets a wheel refurbished, heres a few pics, has anyone seen it before or know of it?
-
i wasnt thinking of putting that on,that would take a bit of the fun away
