My mate has an intermittent problem with the autobox on his J-Spec N/A Supra. When putting the gear lever position to D (drive) the car does not move, however if you go from L into D then it works fine. It is an intermittent problem as somtimes it works just fine when you go straight into D. I'm thinking gear selector cable problem:idea:, anyone else have any thoughts on this Thanks

Hi guys I have got problems with my brothers automatic V Class. The gear lever will go into all positions 2,1,D,N,R and P However 1st problem that happened was when going in to D the car would not move but if you went in to 1 and then in to D it would. Now the car does not move when in 1,2 or D, it works in R but only after you move the lever to N 1st. So at the moment i can only reverese the car as only R works, when you put the lever into R you can hear the gear engaging but when you put it into 2,1 and D you can not hear any engagment. Anyone have ideas on what this could be? gear box...gear selector?? Thanks

Dont want to take the apature off yet mate just incase someone wants it with the bumper. Wing is gone but bonnet still available. The ecu and switch will be included but they will be out in about 2weeks;)

Im not sure how to find out if they fit over the UK brakes? Anyone have any ideas? Yes they are 2 diifferent styles, came with the car so not sure why the previous owner did this? Both types can be seen on this website: http://www.wheelspecs.com/specs/wheelbrands/76

Come with part worn f1 goodyear fronts 225/45/17 and part worn bridgestone rears 255/40/17. Tyres have some tread left on them. Note: one of the alloys has the laquer peeling off it. one of the valves on the front tyres need to be replaced with a bendy valve. Looking for around £350.00, i can deliver them but you probably be looking at £40.00 for delivery!? Any questions please do not be shy to ask

Ok guys i have looked at previous posts but am still confused on this matter. I got a J-Spec which i want to de-limit, i will be going for the Thor Unit However If i also wanted to convert the odo so it now shows miles instead of km, what would happen to the existing reading. At the moment its 130,000km so if it starts reading in miles then would the odo reading go down to 81250 miles?? Any one can clarify me on this situation Thanks
