Supra Pod:

  (Spectators are also welcome of course, this is a huge social event for the club as well. )

  • Spectator Entry: £5 per member, £10 per non-member, under 16s free, (traders - see below)

As Supra Pod draws to a close in the late afternoon we will move to Billing - aka Supradrome!

"Supradrome" - The Supra Pod after party at Billing Aquadrome campsite:

Frequently Asked Questions:

Q1: Can I pay by an alternative method?

A1: Yes, as mentioned above please PM me for details.

In a nutshell...

OPTION 1: It is preferable for people to pay by PayPal - it's easier to track and it shows up instantly.

OPTION 2: Cheques are the next easiest to track.

OPTION 3: Then Bank Transfer as a final resort.

Q2: What happens if it rains?

A2: For the DRAG STRIP The 'track drying machine' will be on standby to cover any showers, Sky Insurance have been contacted to see if they will provide rained-off-entirely cover.

Drifiting will take place regardless of the weather, as will 'SupraDrome' at Billing that evening/following day.

Q3: Can I pay on the day?

A3:

- PARTICIPANTS MUST be signed up before the day. NB: Please try not to leave it till the week before, and certainly not the night before, it'll be too late.

- SPECTATORS/EXTRA SPECTATORS can pay at the gate on the way in.

Q4: Can I upgrade from spectator to participant on the day?

A4: Nope, participants must be signed up before the day. There are 100 places maximum so a close eye needs to be kept on the numbers.

Q5: Is it ££ per car or per driver?

A5: Per DRIVER: We are limited to 100 drag/25 drift competitors and not cars.

You have to go through the Santa Pod signup procedure when you get there which means they will know how many have signed up.

Q6: Does it matter if I arrive late?

A6: No, there should be someone on the gate to let you in, and participants can sign on any time after 9:30am, except over the lunch break.

Q7: Can I come to Billing on Saturday night/Sunday and not pay if I'm not staying over?

A7: You will need to pay if you wish to drive onto site (and/or stay overnight in the camping/static caravans). People staying in the hotel suggested are within staggering distance of the Aquadrome; I don't know what other nearby parking opportunities there are for those of you who aren't staying in the hotel and deperately want to avoid paying £10.

Q8: Do I need a helmet for drifting?

A8: Yes, helmets are required for drifting.

Q9: Are passengers allowed when drifting?

A9: Yes, but 1 only per car. Please also note helmets are required for drifting.

Q10: Will you send out tickets?

A9: No, there are no tickets - we will use the booking details you provided via PM when making your payment to let you in at the gate. Likewise, for those participating in drag/drift a similar list will be at the sign on office to prove payment.

For SupraDrome The club is taking bookings for FOOD & DRINK passes, only:

£15 per head, whether meat eater or veggie, for access to the club BBQ and beer fridge from Saturday evening until Sunday early afternoon.

SO - there is a short extension to the booking opportunity, but let me be very clear, this is your absolute final chance:

• Food/Drink passes for SupraDrome

...MUST be booked in advance.

At 7PM today, if you haven't pre-booked then the only thing you can do is turn up and pay on the gate to spectate.

Reminder: Camping at Billing AquaDrome (which is where SupraDrome will take place) is not bookable though the club: each individual needs to sort that directly with Billing either in advance or paying on the day: the discount arranged no longer applies so the onlything you benefit from paying in advance is the peace of mind you've got a space.
