I can put it up if you would like, but you have to remember auto dynos are _always_ best done on speed as RPM really doesn't make sense for them. If you put a 6 spd in, things would change dramatically because I have a 3500 rpm converter, so you dont load the motor until past that

Yes please :)

At this stage, the car was ready to go back to the bodyshop to have the finishing touches (fenders, bumpers, hood etc painted, any required touch-ups):

The fitment of the "kit" was perfected by the bodyshop, with an amazing amount of attention to detail ensuring perfect lines:

I think the only things I don't like are the rear lights. Otherwise it looks good! That's just personal preference though!

I think as well that if it was my build and I was doing everything totally brand new, I'd either have went completely OEM, OEM+ (OEM skirts and spats, active lip etc., UK scoop etc.) or full TRD 3000GT. That would seem unreal to me as it'd be a Supra as intended but brand new!

Though, this is why it's great that there are variations in opinions and desires and it's what keeps it interesting. :)

Hope you get it finished soon :D

Now stop fannying about and get the finished pics and videos up. :D

Thanks mate, I will start to get through it a bit more quickly now!

Cheers, making good power low down :)

Yes sir, I am VERY happy with the response... 380RWHP by 3500RPM!

Time to go back to the bodyshop to get the remainder of the parts prepped and painted:

The front fenders, ensuring the Top Secret Hood and hood struts fitment was perfect:

Putting it all together, the lines were looking spot on:

The mouth of the bumper nicely filled up with the FMIC:

Perfect lines... notice one of the tranny coolers through the side vent:

Guest SUPRMCY

I spent two full evenings going through this entire thread. This is an amazing build mate! The best looking supra I've ever seen. You truly are an inspiration. My next project will look like this but with milder expenses...

Hi, I have but 3 small questions for you :innocent:

1. Why is the speedo reading 300kph even though not installed/running?

2. Will the ProEFI CAN gauge only work with the ProEFI ECU?

3. Why are there two dash panels(o/s) is one an old and t'other new :eyebrows:

Hiya!

1. Not sure to be honest! Moot point now that it is installed and working perfectly...

2. Yes sir

3. One has the retractable mirror switch hole, the other doesn't

I wanted to go with deep black painted grills in the front fenders as I never really liked the look of silver grills on a black car:
